What will I do?

Your hotel is in the Kazimierz district, which is all about Jewish history and incredible eats. Kick things off with a five-minute walk to Klezmer-Hois. This restaurant-bookshop looks like your nan’s living room, they are NOT afraid of a clashing pattern. The building goes waaay back to the 14th century, and inside they serve up traditional Jewish eats. Try the Gefilte fish and chicken knedlach (matzo balls). Steven Spielberg, Ben Kingsley, and Ralph Fiennes have all chowed down here.

For a nightcap, we like Pijalnia Wódki i Piwa. This ‘anti-cocktail lounge’ serves nothing but the pure stuff. Try traditional Polish shots that’ll make your eyes water (in a good way).
