It’s tres nice at any time of year, but in autumn the vineyards and chateau gardens light up with a Tropicana orange.
Autumn’s the time when all those delicious, wine-filled grapes get picked and stomped into sancerre and pinot noir. Hop onto a harvest tour then enjoy a glass of the good stuff in the shade of Chenonceau Castle 🍷

Plitvice Lakes
Zagreb, Croatia
“Oh my god...It’s a double rainbow… what does this mean..?”
Plitvice lakes is like something from Avatar but without any of those strange blue guys.
In autumn, the leaves turn and you end up walking round a rainbowsplosion of colour (plus there’s less tourists clogging up the path).
Walk around the sixteen lakes and giant woodland (watch out for bears, lynx and wolves). You’ll see misty rainbows hugging waterfalls and forests stretching to the horizon. “It’s so intense..."
