We started LuckyTrip to help make travelling fun and accessible to everyone. Over the last few months we’ve seen the world take a very sad turn… borders closing, airlines being grounded, and many people across the planet suffering the awful effects of Covid-19.

Our first thoughts are for the health and wellbeing of everyone affected, as well as their families and friends who are unable to visit and comfort them.

We really take pride in the fact that you’ve chosen to travel with us, and our priority is to give you the best support, even in these uncertain times.

We want to reassure you that the entire team is working hard to do everything we can to help, and find solutions for everyone affected. We’re happy to say that all our travellers that were stranded abroad have been brought home safely.

We will be in touch at least 7 days before your departure date if your trip is cancelled.

Currently the Foreign Office have advised against travel indefinitely but we are monitoring their guidelines closely as this may change before your trip departs.

We understand that you would prefer to know sooner than this, but due to the unprecedented situation, unfortunately we are completely reliant on the advice from the Foreign Office at this time.

The other startups, bed and breakfast owners, airport workers, tour guides, family restaurants - we really hope you all make it through, we’re rooting for you.

For now, use us for some lockdown travel inspiration, and building up your bucket list for the future.
