400 feet below the ground, it started its career as a saltmine, then became a cheese storage center, and even had a stint as a WW II bomb shelter.

You can play football on the full sized sports pitch, row across the salty lake in a little boat and cure any diseases you might have in the the salt therapy centre.
The salty air down here is so clean, it’s actually good for your lungs.
It’s worth the trip down just to check out the sci-fi looking caverns, carved out of billions of tonnes of salt.
