WORLD'S LARGEST OPEN-AIR BAR...
Last year we ate our way around Sweden but this year…
We’re drinking it 🍸
Pull up a barstool (or sheepskin throw bench) at the world’s largest open-air bar where you’ll be straining Martinis glacier-side and muddling an Old Fashioned on an archipelago. Bear Grylls just got boujie 💅

How does it work?
Mix. Drink. Repeat 👌
But to expand… you’ll pick from over 15 tables that have been scattered about in dreamy spots. We’re talking fairytale forests with flickering lanterns, wildflower meadows, and icy Arctic pools 🧊 Your reservation includes a seat at the table, local recipes created by Swedish bev royalty, and a kit with everything you need to prepare (and find) your drink.
Want to amp up the experience? Add-ons include foraging guides and pro bartenders as well as swanky accommodation nearby.

Meet the experts...
These guys have been shaking cocktails since you were a twinkle in your dad’s winkle 😳 They were each tasked with representing a different region...
Rebeka Litander has created the southern Sweden recipes, you’re in safe hands, she has two Michelin-stars ⭐ Bar Bruno has taken care of the west coast, these guys are a Gothenburg fave with a cult following. On the east coast, Tjoget takes up the mantle. AKA the legends who consistently make in onto the World’s 50 Best Bars list 🏆 Finally, Emil Areng rounds things off in northern Sweden, she just happened to write the world’s best cocktail book in 2016.
Bow down.

The tables
We’ve chosen three of our faves to whet your whistle:
Arjeplog, Swedish Lapland
Sweden is a 100-acre natural pantry - and Swedish Lapland is a huge part of that. With tumbling rivers, dot-to-dot archipelagos, and fluffy forests, it’s the setting for one of the best tables. Find it a few minute’s walk from the town centre at Skeppsholmen.Asa, Smäland
Pick fresh lingonberries as you follow trails deeper into the forest to find your table. A 45-minute drive from Växjö, at the Asa table there’s a spongy moss carpet and twinkling fairy light stars. Pick up you drink kit from the nearby mansion (only in Sweden) and begin foraging for spruce shoots.Ramsvik, West Sweden
This is the kinda place where Big Five means shrimp, crayfish, mussels and lobsters. Your table is playing hide-and-seek in a nature reserve with towering cliffs and epic hiking trails. The perfect pairing to your cocktail? Some freshly cooked langoustines from the harbourImage Credits:
