This stone-built house is set in an acre of grounds in the mid-Wensleydale market town of Leyburn. It is located right on the market square, and has free on-site parking. Rooms at Oaklodge Bed and Breakfast are light and airy, and each benefits from picturesque views, a refrigerator, and an en suite bathroom. Food is served in the charming dining room, where you can sit beside the fireplace. Guests can relax in the garden, which has panoramic views over Wensleydale, including Penn Hill and Middleham Castle. Harrogate, where you can visit Betty’s Tea Rooms and the range of shops and restaurants, is just 30 miles away. Oaklodge B&B is also close to Darlington, which can be reached in around 30 minutes’ drive. more
