"How the Andalusian Horses Dance" is one of the stranger shows you’ll see in your life. Horses strut, swish and pirouette to traditional Spanish music with their riders dressed in 18th century costumes. Trippy.

Head to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art in Jerez, where both riders and horses are expertly trained.

As well as catching the show you can visit the horse stables, the botanical gardens and the 19th century Recreo de las Cadenas Palace.
