Well this overachiever (most awarded new play in history) can 🏆 Clever staging transports you from Platform 9 ¾ to The Hogwarts Express, a bowler hat suspended in midair becomes the sorting hat, and an ethereal doe Patronus comes to life as a flickering white-blue flame 🦌

And don’t even get us started on The Forbidden Forest or Hogwarts Owlery - you’ll have to see those with your own peepers 👀

You can’t contain magic to a standard theatre show 🦉 Everybody knows this. The show is a two-parter with a 2 hour and 20 minute break in-between parts. Lucky for you The Palace Theatre is surrounded by vibey food and drink spots…

Food

Silky ribbons of fettuccine tossed in a huge wheel of cheese and floaty slices of lemon meringue pie the size of a doorstop. Now das magic. Circolo Popolare is just under a 10-minute walk and the Italian chefs defo went to Hogwarts.

Blacklock also gets our vote - this one’s just a five-minute walk away and has a ‘swiftly served’ section ⏳ Ideal. Get the pork belly bun in a crispy blanket of crackling and don’t sleep on the sides! We like the wedges of BBQ baby gem and 10 hours ash roasted sweet potato 😋 Wash it all down with Grandpa’s Tinkered Tonic.

Bun House is also great for speedy eats. This Chinatown spot is known for its Cantonese cafe staples. Think, sesame speckled veggies and pillowy buns with melting meat 🍜 We challenge you to not eat seven.

Drinks

Post-show bevs 🍻 Ideal for discussing which of you would be the best at Quidditch over a pint of Butterbeer.
